First Oyster Restaurant in Milan
The idea of opening this delicious bistrot in
pure French style came from the creative ex lawyer
Francesco Zanoletti and from Vittorio Fenoglio,
who has years of work experience in restaurants;
here oysters and seafood are savoured extra fresh
(they are flown in daily from France and Ireland)
and accompanied by the best Italian and French
wines.
This warm and welcoming venue proposes, as well
as the aperitif served at the table, a vast menu
of raw fish (plateau royal) and cooked
fish (soupe de poisson or fried crevettes
gris); for dessert, sorbets and home made
cakes.
For those who wish to savour the oysters at
home, the take-away tray features a crushed ice
bed and ready-opened oysters.
An unusual aperitif and dinner, pleasantly enveloped
by the perfume of the Côte d’Azure.
